How do I qualify for this offer?
What is the reward?

The reward is two (2) free cinema voucher codes for use at either ODEON or Vue Cinemas every month for twelve (12) months and/or for the duration of your tariff (in case of early termination). Each cinema voucher code can be exchanged for one adult ticket with a standard seat to view a 2D film showing at ODEON or Vue cinemas in the UK. Please see "where can I redeem my cinema voucher codes" for more details.

What do I have to do to claim my reward?

Once you receive your email telling you to register for your cinema voucher codes you will have 7 days to register your account.
Simply go to www.eoncinemapromotion.com where you will need to enter your:

  • E.ON Account Number
  • Postcode
  • Full Name
  • Email address
Once validated you will be sent an email on the 1st day of every month for 12 months (or for the duration of the tariff) containing a link to retrieve your 2 cinema voucher codes. You will have 7 days from receipt of the email to retrieve the cinema voucher codes.

Once you have collected your cinema voucher codes, simply visit your chosen cinema partner’s website (ODEON) or (Vue) and use your voucher codes to redeem your free adult cinema tickets.

Please note that the voucher is only valid at certain cinema venues, viewings and seating – please see "where can I redeem my cinema voucher codes" for more details.

Who do I contact if I’m having difficulties registering?

If you’re having difficulties registering, please check the following first:

  • Did you purchase the fixed 1 year cinema bundle within the promotional period?
  • Are you now on supply for both fuels?
  • Have you missed the registration deadline?
  • Have you entered all information correctly?
If you have checked all of the following and are still experiencing difficulties, please contact us here and we’ll get in touch to help. Please allow up to three days for a response. We will honour any cinema voucher claims due to any technical problems. Alternatively you can call us 03301244104*.

How long before I receive my cinema voucher codes?

After successfully registering, your request will be validated and you will receive your email containing the cinema voucher codes on the 1st day of each month. This email will contain a link to 2 x cinema voucher codes which will stay live for 7 days from receipt. The link will not be active beyond 7 days.

Where can I redeem my cinema voucher codes?

Cinema voucher codes are for use at ODEON or Vue cinemas. You will need to choose your preferred Cinema partner during the registration process. You will then receive a cinema voucher code to use at your chosen cinema chain.

For the ODEON cinema voucher, the following venues are excluded: Leicester Square, The Lounge at Whiteleys, BFI IMAX. ODEON cinema vouchers are not valid for Premier, Club, D-Box, or any other premium priced seating. Not valid for 3D, IMAX, ISENSE, Gallery, ODEON Event Cinema, ODEON Kids, ODEON Silver Cinema, ODEON Newbies or ODEON Screen Unseen. They are not valid on premieres, special events, special screenings or events not open to the public.

For the Vue cinema voucher, the following venues are excluded:

Vue West End, Gold Class, VIP and Premiere seating, 3D, Special, Alternative or Over 18’s Screenings, Scene and Vue Xtreme Screens.

Can I use the cinema voucher code for any other cinema chain?

No, the cinema voucher code can only be used at either ODEON or Vue, depending on which one you choose during the registration process.

How do I redeem my cinema voucher code?

Each cinema chain has a specific redemption journey; please refer to your chosen cinema’s section below to find out how to redeem your cinema voucher:

To redeem the ODEON cinema Voucher: Each ODEON unique voucher code should be used to book one free ODEON cinema ticket voucher online at odeon.co.uk, odeoncinemas.ie, ODEON mobile site and ODEON apps, by entering in the code in the ‘ODEON Promo Code Box’ which appears on the payment page. Once the booking has been completed, a booking confirmation email will be sent with the cinema ticket vouchers attached. Tickets can be collected at the ticket machine by entering in the booking references contained in the booking confirmation email. Tickets can also be collected at the box office, by presenting the booking confirmation email, including the attached cinema ticket vouchers, to the cinema box office when visiting the cinema to see the film booked online.

To redeem the Vue cinema Voucher: Each Vue unique voucher code should be used to book one free Vue Cinema ticket at a participating Vue box office. Simply present your voucher code PDF at the counter when making your booking in order to receive your free adult administration to your chosen viewing. The ticket voucher can not be used to reserve an admission ticket by telephone or on-line. The ticket voucher must be used at the time of exchange for any one regularly scheduled film performance subject to availability.

How long do I have to redeem my cinema voucher?

Your cinema voucher will be valid for 12 months from the receipt of the reward email. (The reward email will stay live for 7 days from receipt. The link will not be active beyond 7 days.)

How many times can I use my cinema voucher?

Each cinema voucher is for single use only and can only be used to redeem one adult cinema ticket at either ODEON or Vue. You will receive 2 cinema ticket vouchers.

How long in advance can I use my cinema voucher to book to see a film?

For ODEON you will be able to book your film at your chosen cinema 3-4 weeks in advance. Times will vary depending on the film you want to see and your cinema voucher is valid on screenings up to and including the day shown only.

For Vue you will need to exchange your cinema voucher on the day of your chosen viewing. It cannot be used to reserve tickets in advance for an alternative day
